Terms & Cancellation Policy

Mentoring and portfolio sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Lighting tuition days are arranged by enquiry, with terms confirmed before any payment.

You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Inside 48 hours, we'll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee a free move.

Cancellations with more than 7 days' notice are fully refundable. Inside 7 days, the fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session at our discretion.

For in-person sessions and lighting days outside London, reasonable travel costs may be added and will always be agreed in advance.
